Wooga's hit hidden object puzzler June's Journey is set to introduce a new limited-time Easter event this spring. Featuring a host of new themed content, it's set to bring that warming feeling to players of this popular puzzler, including a good dose of Easter decorations to enjoy.
Yes, Orchid Island is set to get a makeover as spring is now in full swing. The Easter event will feature decorations that can be won in events and purchased during special sales. You can also experience a spring-themed vignette and a new loading screen.
Gameplay-wise you'll want to keep an eye out for themed competitions, collectible rewards and promises of other surprises secreted throughout the island. As you might expect, the hidden object fun isn't about to stop for something as small as spring.
Wooga's success with June's Journey has led them to be practically dominant in the hidden object genre. Little surprise then that one of the most recent things they did that caught people's eye was the full 3D trailer above.
The spring event is just another indicator of what goes into keeping this release on top. But it also makes you wonder whether Wooga might have something more in the works? After all, with it being released way back in 2017, I think it's fair to say JJ is showing its age.
So, while fans enjoy this newest seasonal event, I think it's more than fair to speculate there may be more coming this year. Whether that's more of what we've come to expect or something bigger is up for debate.
