Out at midnight: Ikue's puzzles will challenge you to think in weird shapes
Slot it in
If you thought Tetrominos were weird, just wait until you see the peculiarly shaped blocks in iOS puzzler Ikue when it goes live on the UK and US App Stores at midnight.
Each level in Ikue gives you a set of odd shapes made out of small circles. You're challenged to assemble these shapes inside a board so that they fill its empty holes perfectly. Anything less is a failure.
Over the course of the game, you'll have to think of different ways to use each shape with new mechanics.
A story concerning an old magician and a machine of great power that you are steadily activating adds context to the puzzle solving.
Ikue will be available from the UK and US App Stores at midnight for free.
