Hollow Knight's final chapter, Gods & Glory, hits Nintendo Switch in August and you'll get it for free

After the sudden appearance of Hollow Knight on Nintendo Switch last month, we were pleasantly surprised to see such a favourable reaction to it. It topped the eShop charts, sold over 250,000 copies in just two weeks, and came packed with all of the DLCs available at the time.
Yesterday, we got news that the game's final chapter, Hollow Knight: Gods & Glory, will be coming to Switch for all players on August 23rd, and that's really great to hear.
Of course, we knew there was a piece missing to the story and Gods & Glory should hopefully round things off well. Once it touches down, we'll be getting new bosses, new NPCs, new secrets, and a brand new mode, too.
Better still, this update will be totally free. Even from the snippets of environmental design and its boss fights in the trailer, this last chapter looks like it'll be another exciting addition to the world and one that we're very much looking forward to.
