Hill Billy iPhone FPS video revealed
Mighty impressive it looks, too
Details are still a little slim on a demo video of a new iPhone FPS called Hill Billy (via TouchArcade) that appeared on YouTube. The video shows a pretty slick and detailed accelerometer-controlled first person shooter, which, according to the description, uses the Mahatma graphics engine to provide the impressive mapping and lighting effects.
The FPS is rapidly becoming something of a Holy Grail for the iPhone, with several developers all racing to make the first console-worthy shooter.
Judging by the demo video below, it looks like Hill Billy might well set the bar quite high. Not only does it seem to feature some pretty imaginative weapons, but melee combat looks to be included as well (possible even assailing enemies with carrots, according to the video).
