I am sure you are looking to unlock all of the different areas of your farm. There are so many interesting buildings and areas, just waiting for you to unlock them. Along with these areas, constantly showing themselves to you on your farm, but there are also a bunch of different animals, machines, and more to take a look at, once you are at a higher level.

When it comes to leveling up, you will need to gain experience points, which are displayed in a bar across the top of the screen, next to your current level. There are loads of ways to get experience points, but some ways will get you more in a quick fashion. You will be getting small amounts of XP for everything you do - harvesting produce, creating new items out of the produce, chopping down trees, fulfilling orders and more.

It is worth noting that leveling up too quickly, while spending your coins, will cause you to freeze up - as machines cost coins and you will need to purchase these machines to continue in the game.

In case you are looking for Hay Day friend codes, we got you covered!

If you want some tips to help you gain XP more quickly, thus leveling up and unlocking more of the game to play on, I have some tips for you;

1
Quickly Harvest

If you want to get a bunch of XP quickly, make sure that you have the max number of plots out on your farm and start planting wheat. Wheat is the quickest crop to harvest, taking only 2 minutes for the wheat to grow. Once you have harvested the wheat, you will gain more of them as well as a bunch of XP. If you keep your phone on and watch the wheat grow, you can quickly keep planting and harvesting, moving up as you go.

2
Checking XP on Orders

Now, sitting around and watching wheat grow can be quite boring. That’s why, you’ll also need to keep an eye on the orders your farm currently has. Each order for your truck has a coin reward and an XP reward for fulfilling the order. Some have more money with less of an XP reward, while others are the opposite. Focusing on these orders that have a higher XP gain can, of course, get you more XP.

3
Turn on Notifications

You can turn on Notifications on Hay Day so that you can get an alert every time a machine is ready with some items or someone is at your farm looking for a favor. Being more active in the game, attending to crops and making sure that people on your farm are taken care of will continue to get you more XP, at the fastest way possible.

4
Work on Achievements

Along with checking the XP on Orders, some of the achievements (which can be found at your house) can give you huge amounts of XP. You can focus on these tasks, working towards them, to gain more XP and even gems. If you keep some of these tasks in mind, you will end up getting more XP through focusing on them.

5
Upgrade Machines

There are a large number of machines that you can have on your farm - machines like the BBQ and Loom for example are then used to make items that are sold as apart of your orders. If you have enough gems, you can upgrade the star level on these machines, which can then give you more XP per order fulfilled with these items. Though the bonus XP is generally only on two star or more machines, it's worth taking a look when you have some extra gems hanging around!
