Gunnar Sofia Glasses review - "Retro flair to some modern lenses"
|
  • Stylish and feminine design
  • Comes in three colours
  • Great for reducing strain on your eyes

Using screens is something that everyone is doing, more and more, each day. It has been proven that having this much blue light and strain on your eyes can decrease your sleep quality and even cause headaches. With that in mind, Gunnar has a bunch of different collections of blue light glasses that can very much help preserve your health.  Sofia Gunnar Glasses front view The newest addition to their feminine Kista Collection looks smart, with a retro throwback vibe. Called Sofia, which is such a classic name, this pair of blue light glasses has a rounded look with a keyhole frame. They come in black, a sort of pink crystal look, or a red and orange tortoise colour. All three of these shades feel like classic glasses that you'd see a variety of age ranges wearing!

Like other entries in the Gunnar range of glasses, they have two options when it comes to lenses - Amber and Clear. Amber has a more extreme tint, but blocks out 65% of the blue light, which can really help. Clear is a better option for office work, especially video editing and graphic design work, as there is less tint on the glasses, but it still blocks out 35% of the blue light that's coming off of your screens.

It's nice to see Gunnar designing glasses like Sofia with women in tech in mind, as these glasses look absolutely fantastic. They come with a microfiber pouch and a 12-month warranty, in case they don't live up to your expectations.

Sofia is a functional accessory that can help with your health in the long run, especially if you spend a lot of time gaming on your mobile phone throughout the day. I really like the quality that Gunnar has within their glasses, even the ones that have a more basic look that's less inspired by a brand or collab within games.

Gunnar's new Sofia tinted blue light glasses work well and feel like a stylish addition to any look.
