Tend a graveyard while celebrating Thanksgiving, as update to Ghost Harvest brings holiday-themed iPhone / iPad content
Time to give thanks for your profitable cemetery
The freemium graveyard-management simulator Ghost Harvest has been updated, introducing a raft of Thanksgiving themed content to the spooky iOS casual title.
The update includes two new ghosts to haunt your burgeoning burial ground, with the Turkey and Pie Ghosts haunting your plots and perhaps making you feel that little bit more guilty about the Thanksgiving dinner you’ll be eating.
A new defensive option is also included in the update, so you can use the jar of cranberry sauce against any interlopers to ‘stuff them in their tracks’.
Finally, there’s a range of Thanksgiving themed decorations to help you spruce up your graveyard. I often find that cemeteries can be a little gloomy, so why not get a fluorescent colour scheme going and throw up some bunting? Apparently ghosts love a bit of garish décor.
Tasking players with tending a cemetery, Ghost Harvest has you earning currency as you look after spectres on their way to the afterlife. You can spend these earnings on upgrading your yard and purchasing decorations, or use in-app purchases to help expand your grounds that much faster.
If that sounds like your thing, float on over to the App Store.
