Galactic Taz Ball takes the dizzy Tazmanian devil into space on a quest to save the world from Marvin the Martian.

It's your regular sort of Looney Tunes plot - Marvin wants to make Mars look a bit more scenic, so he steals Earth's best landscapes for decoration purposes.

A mix of 2D and 3D platforming is on the cards for Taz. The 'Overworld' area plays out in 3D, with swipes of the touch-screen sending Taz into his trademark tornado.

The 'Underworld' then shifts to 2D, with side-scrolling puzzles to solve via a variety of gadgets and machinery.

A batch of screenshots are available for your collective viewing, and really don't look too shabby at all.

Galactic Taz Ball is released on Nintendo DS on 14th May. Maybe you'll want to take him for a spin.
