Silver Award-winning Etrian Odyssey Untold goes half off on the eShop
North America only

It seems like Atlus USA can't let a week go by without putting some of its eShop games on sale.
This week's no exception, but the game in question - the Silver Award-winning RPG Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl - is definitely newsworthy, as is the discount.
Atlus has dropped the price of The Millennium Girl down to $19.99 (originally $39.99) from now until Monday, January 27 - which makes the sale a great time to check out the world of map-drawing and strict inventory management if you haven't yet.

Despite my experience with handheld RPGs, Etrian Odyssey Untold was my first foray into the EO series - and I found it to be quite a welcoming introduction.
In our review of The Millennium Girl, we praised the newly added story mode for its depth and storyline while we felt that the map-drawing mechanic "really pull[ed] you into the task of exploration".
It's still a game for the more hardcore of the JRPG crowd, mind, but it's also accommodating of less experienced players as well thanks to its selectable difficulty modes.
