This Thursday, Rio Grande Games is bringing Donald X. Vaccarino's popular deck-building game Dominion to Apple's App Store and Google Play. Well, sort of.

The upcoming app will serve as a front-end for the Dominion HTML 5 web app that's being developed by California-based developer Goko, and is currently undergoing a closed beta period.

In Dominion for iOS and Android, you will be able to play the game's base set of cards an unlimited number of times for free, and you will be able to download expansion sets via in-app purchases.

You'll be able to play alone with AI-controlled opponents or against other players from around the world online.

Finally, you'll be granted access to an all-new Online Adventure mode that should present a stiffer challenge and improve your overall skill level.
