Dead Cells brings the Boss Rush game mode to mobile alongside Everyone is Here 2.0 content

Beloved indie darling Dead Cells has announced the mobile edition of the game is finally set to receive the two most recent updates that have been out for some time on PC and console. As is typically the case with updates to Dead Cells, PC and console always get updates before mobile, but this patch will put the two separate ports at the same spot in terms of content, making all players set out on equal footing. Great news for us!
These two updates, Boss Rush Mode and Everyone is Here 2.0, are both entirely free first and foremost. Boss Rush Mode introduces a brand new game mode, the titular Boss Rush variant of gameplay, which quite literally just throws you into a gauntlet against various bosses with a set loadout, some of them even enhanced with new moves, increased health, and other modifiers that mix them up from their usual selves.

Everyone is Here 2.0, on the other hand, is a smaller content update that adds additional skins, enemies, and gear Dead Cells. Each of these pieces of new content is based on other indie games just like the first Everyone is Here update. Specifically, the protagonists from Slay the Spire, Hotline Miami, Katana Zero, Shovel Knight, Terraria, and Risk of Rain will all get a skin that replaces the main character of Dead Cells as a playable variant, as well as related weapons, items, and deployables to use.

Both of these updates add a lot to Dead Cells, so if you’re a frequent player of one of the most popular roguelikes on mobile, this is great news for you. Give it a go at either of the links below for only $9.99!
