Crash Bandicoot: On the Run opens for pre-registration on iOS & Android
No confirmed launch date

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run has now opened for pre-registration following yesterday's Twitter tease. King's mobile runner sees Crash and sister Coco reunite to take down the dastardly Doctor Neo Cortex and his dimension-hopping minions.
You'll spend your time racing through familiar locations from the mainline games, including the Lost City and Turtle Woods, while bumping into the likes of Dingodile, Scorporilla, Mutagen Ant, and Nitrus Brio.
Levels are seemingly non-linear, giving you alternate routes to explore and secrets to hunt down, and everything you earn during missions can be funnelled back into the base-building portion of the game. Here, you'll help Coco to gradually upgrade your base of operations in order to produce new weaponry and item types.Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! Coming directly to your phone. You might remember that the game initially soft-launched in Malaysia back in April, though King soon confirmed that it was really more of a small-scale playtest. Back then, we put out a handy beginner's guide with all the info and tips you'll need to get started.

Pre-registering ahead of launch will net you the Blue Hyena skin, which you can see an image of on King's official site. That's also where you can pre-register your interest if you're an iOS user, while those on Android can do so over on Google Play.
And nope, there's still no word on when exactly we can expect it to launch globally. Everything points to it being a pretty solid (and not to mention polished) runner. Whether the free-to-play elements will put off long-time fans is another matter entirely.
