There's always space on an iOS device for a cute 99c topdown racer.

That's the hope of Humble Gaming, which has just released its cute 99c topdown CitiRacing.

Offering 45 tracks, Hot Lap, Single Race and Championship modes are available, but you'll have to drive well in the latter in order to unlock all the tracks.

These are offered in reverse and night-time versions - which all feature short cut routes - to provide variation; something you can also explore with 11 different cars.

Hit the mark

The strongest part of the game, however, is the drift handling, which enables you to skid around corners, although in the more complex tracks, you'll have to Jenson Button-esque in terms of turning in the right spots if you want to gain the gold medal.

Completing the feature set is the Multiplayer mode, which enables up to six players to race via Bluetooth or wi-fi.

Achievements and leaderboards are provided through Game Center and OpenFeint, with the latter offering friends' ghost data too.

CitiRacing is out now for iPhone and iPad, priced 99c, €0.79 or 69p.
