Among the many cult-favourites we have here at Pocket Gamer, one of the most prominent is Cats & Soup! This cute, feline-themed idle town builder has captured the hearts of many of our members. And now, those of you wanting to dive in and give it a go for yourself have the chance to enjoy the latest, greatest update as the cats go to Meowlantis!
As you might expect, this update introduces a new location with the Underwater Palace. This undersea wonderland offers an enchanting yet mysterious location to place your cats. You'll also be able to nab new themed decoration items such as the Sea Dress and Baby Mermaid costume to further the nautical vibes.
Better yet, there's also a new limited-time Baby Kitty Travel Destination event set to run through June 29th. Joining this event lets you gather Travel Destination Photo Pieces. You can also collect event currency to unlock six exclusive destinations only available in this event, such as the Woodland Library of Mystery and Venetian Gondola.
That still doesn't cover everything introduced in this event. There are also additional features, such as limited-edition decorations fitting the underwater theme with coral and pink beach items. There'll be new costumes, miniroom furniture and background music tracks, all of these being available using event currency earned in-game.
Last but not least, on June 1st, the Little Trunk Shop begins a new season with almost 300 new resources, and starting June 5th, you can join a special login event to receive various rewards, including Jellyfish and Sunglasses accessories.
