Cat Fantasy Tips & Hints

With adorable kitten-anime-girls running the show, there's no way around it - you will grow your cat café, make your characters stronger, and you won't be able to resist collecting them all... or is that just a me thing? Either way, in this guide, we have a bunch of Cat Fantasy tips that will help you make a lot more currency and, most importantly, keep your favourite feline companions happy!
These Cat Fantasy tips will help you understand how to handle the battles, since, as you well know, the battles use a card system that requires quite a bit of strategic thinking.
Some of the other tips you'll find below revolve around teambuilding, and they give you a brief on the Cat Café, a feature you can unlock and expand that provides lots of currency and stat boosts. Another way to grab gifts is to use Cat Fantasy codes because they are extremely generous with upgrade materials and gacha tickets!
Beginner tips for Cat Fantasy
Before we dive into a few more in-depth tips, there are a couple of things I have to add:- Make sure you sign in every day, because the starter rewards and sign-in bonuses are worthwhile.
- Do all your daily quests.
These are some of the simplest things you can do and still progress. Even if you don't want to play the game on a particular day (which is normal), you should still log in and claim the sign-in rewards, because they will let you do more gacha pulls, which is something you will need.

Tip #1 - Understand the card combos

The combat system in Cat Fantasy comes down to those flashy card-based mechanics. It is not as complicated as TCGs - it's more like a match-three, but trying to use the cards you're given.
Basically, you need to upgrade your skills and use them at the right time to try to take down enemies. The game lets you combine skill cards to unleash stronger attacks or effects, but the trick lies in trying to combine the best adjacent cards of the same type (preferably always). I strongly recommend you read each character's skill cards beforehand, so you know which ones you should try to use first.
I recommend you try to use cards that debuff enemies first or buff your team's ATK before using your DPS character's card to attack.
Right as you start playing, keep an eye on the tutorial for card explanations. It will help you better understand how the card combos work.
Also, it helps to keep an eye on your team's elemental matchups to benefit from the extra damage dealt. Feel free to try and explore all of the combos, and stick to a team that you actually enjoy playing. Oh, and like I said before, READ. THE. SKILLS!

Tip #2 - Reroll for a good starter character and form a team around it
Finding your ideal team based on your play style sits at the heart of Cat Fantasy, and a well-balanced team is the key to conquering both PvE and PvP.
I would recommend you aim for a mix of roles: a good, decent tank to mitigate damage, a good enough healer to keep the tank (and the rest of the team alive), a DPS (for obvious reasons), and optionally, a support or crowd-control character. to help in some situations.
If you want to really take things up a notch, I recommend reading the character skills after finishing the tutorial, and try coming up with a team. Then, once you've made up your mind, go ahead and reroll to try getting one of the better characters.
A strong starter team can easily carry you through the story (at least through the early-mid stages) and then into the Simulation Tower, which results in more rewards. Make sure you use our tier list and reroll guide for Cat Fantasy, since it has all the deets you need!

Tip #3 - The Cat Cafe is fun, and it's a great place to collect resources
The Cat Cafe isn't just a cute side gig - it's a powerhouse when it comes to generating and collecting resources. It can help you in the long run, and it all boils down to Catto Coins, Gold, and Catto Tickets for summoning R-SSR Catos (little cat plushies).
Craft the best recipes for food/drinks, and start selling them to make a profit. The rarer a recipe, the better the profit. You can also see how long until you run out of food/drinks, so you can manage your time restocking the shelves.
You should try unlocking more slots when you tap on the menu banner (the one that appears behind the manager in the Cat Cafe), and at the very top, you'll see you can have up to three selling slots - all of these should be active, since you want to make as much profit as possible.
