Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is absolutely, definitely not coming to Nintendo Switch
A losing battle
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was announced just last week, but there was no hint at a Nintendo Switch version, and, thanks to a report from Twinfinite, it looks as though there never will be. Treyarch has no plans to bring the world of Black Ops to Nintendo Switch for the time being.
When asked about a Switch version, Treyarch senior producer Yale Miller was very clear, offering an explicit, “No there is not.” So there you have it. Black Ops 4 will be launching on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC this October.
While we’ll have to keep waiting for the day that Call of Duty finally decides to come to Nintendo Switch, King is still hard at work on a mobile version of the franchise for iOS that could be launching sooner than you think.
