Double Fine's Broken Age is pointing-and-clicking its way to PS Vita on April 29th
Parallel lives
Double Fine is bringing Act 1 and Act 2 of its whimsical adventure game Broken Age to PS Vita as a single package.
It'll be available from April 29th onward (April 28th in the US), and will have Cross-Buy (and Cross-Save) with the PS4 version, which is out at the same time.
It's a point-and-click adventure by the same team that made the recently re-released Grim Fandango.
You follow Vella and Shay - a girl and a boy both looking to escape their homes at the same time, living separate but parallel lives.
Vella wants to avoid being sacrificed to a monster as her village's traditions demand. While Shay is fed up of living with his motherly computer in space.
You may recall that Broken Age scored Double Fine a record-breaking Kickstarter campaign back in 2012. It raised $3,336,372.
Act 1 was then released last year for PC and iPad. We gave it a Bronze Award.
Our reviewer said that it's "charming, gorgeous, and well written. But some might find the obvious puzzles and softer tone aren't quite what they were hoping for."
