Bridge Constructor Medieval for iOS and Android will boast marching troops and cannon fire

Bridge Constructor is going medieval in its next instalment on iOS and Android. Out with the new and in with the old, I guess.

Instead of building sturdy-ish bridges out of steel girders and tarmac roads, then, you'll be constructing them from wood and stone pillars in Bridge Constructor Medieval.

These flimsier construction materials will be a problem during this time of knights and castles.

Medieval times were rife with epic battles, you see. So, expect to have to construct bridges to hold the weight of a whole cavalry. Cannon fire will be an issue, too, I'd imagine.

Wibbly wobbly

Mind you, in some cases you'll have to ensure that the bridge collapses as enemy troops walk across it. So, it's not all bad.

As silly as Bridge Constructor might be, you can't laugh at its success. Last month, it hit the top of the US App Store charts due to a single GIF. Not so silly now, eh?

Bridge Constructor Medieval will have 40 levels in total, and will be available on iOS and Android "soon". The exact launch date will be announced in a few days.
