Frogmind Games has just cut the price of screen-tapping avoid-'em-up Badland in half to commemorate the passing of everyone's favourite flash-in-the-pan pipe-dodging game Flappy Bird.

In Badland, you use simple controls to guide a black blob through some gorgeous scenery, avoiding spikes and other pitfalls.

In essence, it's a mash-up of an auto-runner and those maze games where touching the sides spells instant death.

We weren't super-enamoured with Badland at review, in truth, giving it 6/10. But if you're looking for something to distract you from your Flappy Bird loss, you could do a lot worse.
