Damn it, Caesar.

Bandai Namco brings Asterix and Friends out of softlaunch, now available worldwide on iOS and Android

Bandai Namco globally released their newest management sim/base builder, Asterix and Friends, today on iOS and Android.

Similar to Clash of Clans and Game of War, in Asterix and Friends you have to build up a Gaulish village and create powerful guilds to fight back against the Roman army, all set in Asterix's world, of course. Gather resources and supplies, trade and battle by forming your guild, and battle Julius Caesar with crafted weapon and potions.

The biggest draw to this game is its art style (no pun intended). Clean, striking, and it has that bright, cartoony element that sits very nicely with the theme. You're not confined to your pen, er, village, and can explore the world around you, completing quests to collect rewards.

Grab your copy on the App Store now, or if you're an Android user, get it on Google Play. Asterix and Friends is free to play with IAPs, and it requires an internet connection for you to play it.
