Lucy Dreaming, the in-development adventure game from Tall Story Games, has been fully funded on Kickstarter. The campaign still has about three hours left to go, so if you’re interested in supporting the project then you still have time.

Inspired by the old LucasArts games of the 1990s, Lucy Dreaming is a game featuring 16bit retro graphics with a classic soundtrack to accompany it. It’s about Lucy, a young girl suffering from recurring nightmares who goes on adventures between her dreams and reality to explore strange environments and meet whimsical characters.

You must do everything in your power to untangle Lucy’s repressed memories and end the nightmares, with lots of humour, easter eggs and pop culture references filtering through the game’s story.

With about two hours left on the Kickstarter campaign, Lucy Dreaming is just shy of reaching its £25,000 stretch goal. The game only needed £15,000 to be fully funded, but additional stretch goals were made to ensure more content could come to the game if it received more funding.

What’s most noteworthy is the inclusion of mobile versions, with iOS and Android ports coming as part of a stretch goal for hitting £22,500 funded.

If you’re interested in checking out a short slice of the game, a one hour demo is available for PC and Android which allows you to sample a bit of the game.

Lucy Dreaming will be coming to iOS and Android sometime in the future. You can view the Kickstarter campaign here, and back the game any time between now and 8PM UK time tonight.
