Pokémon Masters EX announces Special Event Phase 2: Land and Sea Awaken featuring, Legendary Pokémon Kyogre and Groudon

Pokemon Masters EX’s has announced the start of the second phase of their Special Event: Land and Sea Awaken. The second event is set to run from May 16th at 11:00 p.m. until May 27th at 10:59 p.m Pacific Time. The event’s main attractions are the Legendary Pokémon Kyogre and Groudon. Players who are interested to face them will have to collect weather survey tickets.

Not only you get to face off against the Legendary Pokemon, but participating in these battles has extra perks. The details for the event are listed below:

• The event participants can claim rewards which can be exchanged later on for items such as 5-Star Power-Ups and co-op sync orbs.
• The number of battles played during the entire event will decide the bonus rewards which includes Gems, 5-Star Power-Ups, and Move Candies
• A Team Magma or Team Aqua in-game badge can also be earned if you manage to defeat both the legendary pokemon.

The announcement also mentions newly updated content the game has already released. Nessa & Drednaw, the Water-type pair along with Bea & Sirfetch’d, the Fighting-type pair are now available to add to your teams.

Players need to head to the Sync Pair Spotlight to obtain them as they are available from now until May 28th at 10.59 p.m PT. Finally, the Splash and Punch solo event has also started and will continue until May 28th at 10:59 p.m PT.

The Splash and Punch event will feature an iconic battle of Galar Gym Leaders Nessa and Bea against Pokemon trainers, Misty and Maylene. And the rewards for participating include 5-Star-Guaranteed Scout Tickets and Support Move Candy Coins and a login bonus of up to 1000 gems.

Pokemon Masters EX is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
