SwordMaster Story and popular Japanese anime, Konosuba, have announced crossover event

SwordMastery Story, a hack 'n' slash RPG, developed by SuperPlanet has announced a collaboration with the popular Japanese anime, Konosuba. The collaboration event is already underway and will run until May 31st. The main attraction of this event is the popular Konosuba characters that will be appearing in-game.

Konosuba is a renowned Japanese Light Novel Series written by Natsume Akatsuki. It follows the story of Kazuma during his school days, where he begins his journey towards a fantasy world.

During the first phase of the event, the game will introduce three new characters from the Konosuba universe, which includes The Useless Goddess ‘Aqua’, the Crimson Demons Chuunibyou Arch Mage ‘Megumin’ and the Crusader with weird fetishes ‘Darkness’.

Each of these characters will hold different skills and attributes:

  • Aqua - Arch Priestess, and will appear as a 5-star Healer
  • Megumin will be appearing as a 5-Star Fire-Attribute Mage
  • Darkness’ is a 5-Star Light-Attribute warrior, will mainly act as a damage dealer and support for the team.

In addition, three new costumes are also being added during the event. Along with the costumes of Kazuma, and Yun-Yun, Megumin’s hometown friend Wiz’, a rich and powerful officer from the Demon Forces will be featured in the event as well.

Take part in the Attendance Event, for the celebration of this exciting collaboration, during which the players can claim 5-Star Healer ‘Aqua’ after logging in 7 days. Monsters featured in the original anime will make their way into the Event Dungeon that grants collab coins, which can be further exchanged into a 5-Star character summon ticket.

Sword Master Story is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
