Lazara Battle Heroes' latest update introduces a Hero Ascension system, new events and campaign chapter

Lazara Battle Heroes is an idle RPG that's been available for a little while now for Android users and will be heading for iOS later this year, with an expected release date of late August. But that's not all the Lazara Battle Heroes news, there are also a host of new features and content arriving in the idle RPG for fans to tuck into.

First up, players will now find an Ascend Hero System that will allow them to make their favourite characters even more powerful than ever before. It's a fairly straightforward process, you simply select the hero you wish to improve and tap the ascend button in the top left-hand corner of their portrait. So long as you have the required amount of gold and materials you'll be able to complete their upgrade and see their new stats.

There are new Events and Event Maps for players to tackle too including one that sees them facing off against the Great Manticore. Defeating this powerful beast will net players an array of rewards such as Gold, Armour and an Amulet. Aside from the winged beast, players will also be able to take on the Secret Tower which offers more tough battles.

If you're a particularly high-level player you'll also be pleased to know that there's a new campaign chapter to complete. Act 6 will take players to Purplepeak, where they are recommended to be at least level 31 - or 60 if tackling the game on hard. Here they'll find a series of battles with a plethora of rewards on offer.

Lazara Battle Heroes is available now over on Google Play and will be heading to the App Store in late August. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
