Boris and the Dark Survival is set to receive an update on Friday that adds a host of new content
The darkness thickens.
Boris and the Dark Survival released last month on Android and iOS and has quickly become a popular game in the Bendy series. This is in huge part is because you get to play as Bendy's beloved companion, Boris the hound in a scary explorative adventure that we've come to expect from the series.
The game is all about exploring Joey Drew Studios and uncovering its secrets. While doing so, you must make sure to avoid the Ink Demon before it consumes you. You need to keep your stamina up as well as you explore the studio. This means you'll need to stop and eat to raise your meter.
So although you need to keep moving, you'll also have to stop at times. Eat quickly or the Ink Demon will find you.
Speaking of the Ink Demon, it's back and stronger than ever in this new update (sorry, Boris). Although we don't know everything about this mysterious update, we do know that the black ooze will be even more dangerous.
This update is called "The Wolf Trials" for good reason. It's expected to have some new content and of course, plenty of other new scares to raise your hairs.
There's no word if The Wolf Trials is a separate mode that is supposed to have a harder difficulty, or if it's a continuation of the current game. But all will be answered on Friday so rub those palms together and lick those lips.
Boris and the Dark Survival is available now on Google Play for $0.99. It's also available on Steam, where it's also priced at $0.99.
