It's been almost a month since Stardew Valley launched on the Switch and it's nice to see the developer still working hard to sort out some of the little bits and bobs that weren't quite right about it.

For those who missed it, Stardew Valley is a simulator game where you'll take charge of a farm you've inherited from your late grandfather and put the elbow-grease in to make it successful again. Along with fishing, mining, and building up relationships with the locals, it's a charming experience which had a few issues on launch.

One major problem was the length of the save-time. As posted by Tiy over on Twitter earlier today, the patch cuts down the 30-second load time by ten seconds. That doesn't sound like much, but you'll really feel a difference all in all.

Other minor issues that'll be fixed include that irritating audio crackle and crash problems when saving. We're not sure when the patch will be going live, but it shouldn't take long.
