E3 2010: 3DS remake of Paper Mario incoming, screenshots
Flat as a pancake
It's a little ironic, isn't it? One of the titles Nintendo showed off for the spiffy new 3DS, which can spit out three dimensions of video game visuals without the silly specs, features a completely flat paper version of our favourite plumber.
Never mind - we wouldn't pass up a chance to play through the exquisite N64 role-player again, especially as these new screens seem to hint as some new enemies not present in the original N64 game.
Paper Mario is an RPG suited to Mario fans who aren't entirely fussed about number crunching battles and spreadsheet-like stats. It's all very hands on, letting you dole out extra damage in the turn based battles if your timing is good enough.
