We've been watching Puzzllotto for a while now. The first game from environmentally conscious iPhone developer United Lemur hasn't launched outside the US yet, as the promotional competition (offering a cash prize to the first player to beat the game) caused random legal concerns when including non-US iPhoners.

The developer's has now announced a winner, however, who takes away an US$8000 trophy for completing the puzzle game. Congratulations to the winner, and hopefully this means the rest of the world is one step closer to trying out the game that made Dave H. from Portland's Halloween a very happy one.

There's no sign of it on the international App Store, but watch this space for more news as it comes in.
