Angry Birds Transformers release dates confirmed, iOS coming before Android

Rovio has been in touch to tell us that a soft launch of the anticipated '80s toy themed Angry Birds Transformers is now underway, with New Zealand and Finland landing the iOS version already.

Australia and Canada are next on the list for some red-hot Autobirds and Deceptihog action for iOS devices.

Rotten luck for those of us without iTunes accounts in the right territories, but the good news is that official launch dates have been provided.

The global iOS release of Angry Birds Transformers is slated for 15th October, with the Android version appearing on Google Play on 30th October, and Amazon close behind on 5th November.
