A3: Still Alive's latest update introduces new game modes alongside celebrating the arrival of 2021

Netmarbles open-world RPG meets battle royale title A3: Still Alive, which recently hit 2 million downloads, has been updated today to introduce a host of new modes to the game. In addition to that, players can also expect a host of New Year events to celebrate the arrival of 2021.

Adrasil's Trial a Time Attack mode that will see solo players or two-three person parties defeat monsters as quickly as possible to battle for leaderboard supremacy. Entangled Borders meanwhile, is new cross-server content for Guilds with 10 or more members. It will see four guilds competing to defeat monsters in their region as quickly as possible whilst invading other borders simultaneously.

Beyond these game modes, there are now three new Legendary Soul Linkers. They are Pirea, Kamillo and Ires who are Attack, Support and Defense Types respectively. Elsewhere, new floors have been added to the Dark Lighthouse, meaning players can battle their way through levels 48-60 in search of an Ancient Accessory. On top of that, new level 120 Legendary equipment is now up for grabs.

To celebrate 2021 there is also a New Year Check-In event that will net players a variety of rewards each day, culminating in a Heroic Guaranteed Soulstar on the seventh day. There are also numerous events that are running until January 14th.

The first is called the Poku Guild Festival, which will see players collecting event items that can be traded for various rewards such as Event Exchange Tickets. Secondly, there's the Year End Exchange Event, where players can spend the aforementioned tickets on rewards such as the Heroic Accessory Box.

A3: Still Alive is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
