Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? quiz headed to PSP

Chris Tarrant's head is set to shrink for once, when SCi/Eidos publishes its upcoming version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on the PSP.

Now, normally we'd start telling you when the game is due to arrive, how many questions Tarrant will be um-ing and ah-ing over, and speculating on whether the cheetah really is the fastest land mammal, or whether his name suggests some there was some rule-bending going on.

But we know less than a contestant who goes out on question one – the game hasn't been officially announced, you see. Rather, we just happen to read financial statements for kicks, and we noticed the following line in SCI's most recent notice to the City's suits: "New agreement with Celador to publish Who Wants to be a Millionaire? on Sony PSP and PS2 platforms."

Named after the 1956 Cole Porter record, Who Wants to be a Millionaire? debuted on British television in 1998, and has since been a huge hit around the world, on TV and in various PC, console and mobile phone versions.

Will the PSP version be as successful? You could ask the audience, but we strongly suggest you hit the "Track It!' button above to be emailed a link to our eventual review.
