Urban Trail Pocket, a fast-paced stunt performing game launches tomorrow on Android and iOS
Tate Interactive and PID Games are launching another title in its popular racing game series Urban Trial, named Urban Trial Pocket. The franchise began with Urban Trial Freestyle back in 2013, which was followed by a sequel and then Urban Trial Playground. Players can once again perform insane tricks as the developers are releasing the latest entry tomorrow, August 16th. The games have been available on PC, consoles, and only iOS in the past, but with the new Pocket edition, Android users will be able to participate in all the action now.
The goal of Urban Trial Pocket is pretty simple – to perform the craziest possible tricks on a motorcycle without failing. It combines tricks, platforming, and racing to create a fast-paced gameplay experience that gets your adrenaline pumping. Players will be doing flips, wheelies, turns, twists, and everything else that comes to their mind because all performing these tricks requires is a few taps on the screen.
The developers have tried to ensure that the controls themselves are quite intuitive and simple so that anyone can do savage stuff in-game with just a few clicks. There is no failure as crashing the bike only means a fresh start. With some practice doing freestyle, breakdance, and FMX moves players will be completing challenges, and breaking into the leaderboards like it’s no one’s business.
There are three single-player game modes to explore, more than 30 unique levels with their own side challenges, and a tonne of customization options. Players can upgrade their rides and do even crazier stunts. If touch-based controls aren’t something you are comfortable with, Urban Trial Playground also gives the option of using a controller like the DualSense, Xbox Series X controller, or any MFI-based one.
