Commodore PET is an Android-based smartphone that'll come with pre-loaded C64 emulators
Everything old is new

You probably wouldn't expect the Commodore PET to be an Android-based smartphone given that the Commodore name was established some 30-odd years ago with PCs.
Yet that's what it is. And it's nothing too special on the specs front, but what it does have are two pre-loaded C64 emulators so you can play retro games right off the bat.
It runs on a custom version of Android 5.0 Lollipop with both the VICE C64 and Uae4All-SDL Amiga emulators available to use. See the emulator running on the phone below.
If you are interested in specs, here you go: it has a 1.7GHz 64-bit octa-core processor, a 3,000 mAh removable battery, and dual-SIM 4G connectivity.
There's also a 1920x1080 resolution display and a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a front-facing 8-megapixel camera that comes with an 80-degree wide-angle lens.
It also comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and FM radio.

The Commdore PET is meant to be coming out next week in Italy, France, Poland, and Germany. There's no official price in Euros yet and no launch date for the UK either.
It's said to cost $300, which is about £191 for a 16GB version. Or there will be a 32GB version that'll cost about $60 more, which is about an additional £38. Both include a 32GB micro SD card.
