Unison League and Evangelion in unique crossover

Ateam’s Unison League allows you to team up with friends across the world and take on monsters in real-time battles. The RPG’s highly customisable character design, competitive guild system and colourful 2D graphics have seen it awarded plenty of plaudits from players.

And now aspiring adventurers will have even more content to sink their thumbs into with a brand new update - but this is an update with a difference, as it’s entirely inspired by hit anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.

In an unlikely collaboration Ateam has joined forces with Evangelion Racing, a racing project in which cars and superbikes (with aesthetics inspired by the anime) take to racetracks across Japan to compete. The result is a unique Unison League update based on the popular Evangelion franchise. This is the first time Evangelion Racing characters make an appearance in a mobile game.

Included is an original plotline set to unfold over two weeks, with regular updates featuring new content to unlock. You’ll also be able to equip a ton of new cosmetic items, including those modeled on Evangelion characters Shinji, Rei and Asuka – as well as the formidable mechas Unit 01 and 02.

There are lots of brand new attack animations to see in action, and a racy log-in bonus – Rei Ayanami in a speed queen outfit.
This latest addition will be welcome news if you’re a fan of JRPGs, anime – or just want to dress up as a mecha for an afternoon.
