OrangePixel reckons its new mobile shoot-'em-up will appeal to hardcore and casual gamers alike. Well, it's good to be ambitious.

How is it going to manage it? Well, Twin Legend is a vertical-scrolling shooter in the vein of Galaga and Xenon, with cartoon cut-scenes and a retro soundtrack thrown in, too.

The game features four worlds, each with two levels to blast through. The developer thinks casual gamers will like the simple controls, the storyline and the fact that the Continue Play mode will enable them complete the game.

Meanwhile, there's a special Pro-Mode included for hardcore types, who'll spend their time trying to unlock the game's features and score maximum points from the waves of enemies.

Twin Legend will also have online high-score tables, and has been coded to support the Zeemote JS1 Bluetooth controller, once it becomes available.
