Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, the vegetable themed action-adventure game, officially launches for iOS and Android

The comically named action-adventure Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion has officially launched for iOS and Android, courtesy of developer Graffiti Games and Plug In Digital. This title has been out for some time on consoles and PC, but today marks its arrival on mobile.

If you haven’t heard of it, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion sees you take on the role of a rowdy and rambunctious, well, turnip boy. Your goal is also exactly as it says, to commit tax evasion. You’ll do this by solving puzzles, harvesting crops, and platforming, all with the purpose of taking down the ever-so evil vegetable government. As you can probably tell, this is a very lighthearted and comedic adventure that is sure to earn a few belly laughs due to the simply absurd premise alone.

As you progress on this insane adventure through various biomes and regions, you’ll come across other vegetable NPCs as well, each with their own quirks and quippy dialogue to give you a good chuckle. All-in-all, the game is pretty short as well, so this is really meant as a quick little fun romp through a funny world with some lightly challenging gameplay.

And to further excite and entice players who aren’t so sure exactly if Turnip Boy is up their alley, both iOS and Android users can play the game for free, to begin with. Sort of like a demo or a trial run, this will allow you to play the first level before requiring a single $4.99 purchase to unlock the full game. That means that for such a small price you’ll be able to experience the full length of Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion without worrying about any ads or intrusive in-game purchases.

If you’re looking to download Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, you can find it free-to-start on the App Store and Google Play as well. If all this information has piqued your interest and you want just a little more details on what exactly to expect before jumping in, you can also head over to the official website for screenshots, trailers, and other tidbits to get a good idea of what exactly Turnip Boy is.
