Tower of God New World releases first sneak peek at upcoming collab with Japanese VTuber group, hololive
The global phenomenon joins the fray

Netmarble has just dropped a new teaser for an exciting collaboration between Tower of God New World and hololive, Japan’s immensely popular VTuber group. The crossover event, launching on April 9th, will introduce two new SSR+ characters based on hololive talents, Mori Calliope and Tokoyami Towa.
We’re still a little thin on the exact details, but the official PV offers a sneak peek at these hololive characters and their in-game debuts, as well as an exclusive story event centred around them. In this Tower of God New World x hololive collaboration, you can look forward to special events granting bucketloads of rewards, including a collaboration-exclusive costume.
If you're unfamiliar with hololive, this female VTuber group, run by Cover Corporation, has grown into a global phenomenon, not only dominating the virtual streaming space but also breaking into music production and even the Billboard Japan Hot 100 charts. Their expansion into the gaming space should draw plenty of attention to the collectible RPG.
While you wait for the hololive collab to go live, why not complete everything introduced in the previous update? A few weeks ago, SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo and SSR [Unleashed Desire] David joined the roster. The update also brought the Coliseum Arena, a multi-deck PvP mode with weekly balance changes, and a set of limited-time events packed with valuable rewards.
