Have you ever wondered what would happen if you sat a 'badass' toad on a rocket and let it race down a lane-based strip of obstacles, traps, and hazards?

If so, you've probably got some serious problems.

Still, the Battletoads-inspired Toad Rider will be right up your street. You lunatic, you.

Anyway. In this side-scrolling auto-runner, you play a toad with a quiff, bezzing down a path, dodging the attentions of some scientists who want to snaffle you back up for more experiments.

Tricky

There are tricks to perform, too, because nothing says 'badass' like backflips in the face of imminent capture. These tricks contribute to your score, which is pretty important in a game that's all about high scores.

Toad Rider is out on the App Store right now, and will set you back 69p / 99c. There are IAPs here, like there are in most endless-runners, but you don't need to spend any dough if you don't want to.
