Namco cuts price of Time Crisis: 2nd Strike on iPhone and releases iPad version
Ace Combat App released too
Namco has shown Time Crisis fans some love by cutting the price of Time Crisis: 2nd Strike on iPhone and releasing an HD version of the game for iPad owners.
Time Crisis: 2nd Strike HD boasts all the features of the original, including ten levels, various weapons, and cinematic cut-scenes, as well as iPad optimised graphics. The first level is free to play, but the full version costs £5.99 / $9.99.
To celebrate the release of the HD version, Namco has reduced the price of the iPhone version from £5.99 / $9.99 to £3.99 / $6.99. The game, which we scored five out of ten on its release in September, has also been updated to include Game Center features and Retina display support.
Namco has also launched a free Ace Combat app to promote the upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 instalment of the franchise. Ace Combat Assault Horizon: Trigger Finger features realistic sound effects, two types of jet plane, and utilises the iPhone camera to make your environment the background.
