Underground Blossom is a point-and-click adventure with a gripping story, now available on mobile and PC

Rusty Lake has just announced the release of their next project, Underground Blossom, on Android, iOS, and Steam. The studio is known for its point-and-click adventures and their latest title is no different, becoming the 17th game in their portfolio. It takes players on a journey through the memories of Laura Vanderboom.

Underground Blossom is divided into various timelines, beginning at a time when Laura was just a baby travelling with her mother, Rose. The game begins at a train station, which signifies a piece of Laura’s past. Players must solve puzzles in this tutorial-like space before delving deeper into the game.

As players progress through the game, they will travel to different metro stops, each one symbolizing either a piece of Laura’s past or her future. The goal is to overcome all obstacles and locate the correct train to board, which will unveil one of Laura’s timelines. In addition, it will also help clear the corruption of her mind and help her get her life back in order.

In terms of gameplay, things are pretty standard, following regular point-and-click settings. Players must tap various parts of the screen and complete the given tasks. Some may be simple to do, while others may require looking at the surroundings in detail. Each station has loads of hidden secrets tied to achievements as well as some exclusive rewards.

A total of seven unique stops have been designed, all of them showcasing a representation of Laura’s life. The experience has been made more immersive with a captivating soundtrack by Victor Butzelaar and a cello performance by Sebastiaan van Halsema. It should take approximately two hours to finish the game.
