The Elder Scrolls: Blades cheats, tips - New questlines, content and Switching your save
New quests now, Switch version later
The Elder Scrolls: Blades is not only coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year, but if you log in today you can find rewards, jobs, quests, voice acting and loads more. Finally!
At Bethesda's E3 2019 press conference, they revealed a bunch of content and plans for the future of The Elder Scrolls: Blades, and all of that begins today with new features, quests and rewards to earn immediately.
Just take a look through our tips below to understand all of the new features you can expect from The Elder Scrolls: Blades - except solo Arena battles, which are apparently coming but we couldn't get to work yet. Hmm, yet more kinks to be ironed out…
Brand new quests and features
So there's a big update for The Elder Scrolls: Blades today, and you want to make sure you're connected to the WiFi before you start downloading, as it clocks in at nearly 1GB. But there's a lot of brand new content to jump into.
First and foremost, there jewelry that has been teased in the game for so long is finally present, allowing you to head over to the Blacksmith, craft some jewelry, enchant it, and then equip it for battle so that you're stronger than ever.
In addition to that, there are numerous small, but important updates. For example, voice lines have been added to many of the more important NPCs, giving quests a more authentic Elder Scrolls vibe. A nice touch, if not necessary.
There will also be new rewards for when you log in, new quests, new jobs, and of course, The Elder Scrolls: Blades will be landing on the Nintendo Switch later in the year, and all of your mobile progress will carry over, so you can get started right now.
Oh, and if you're already at level 50, you will be able to ascend even further now. Isn't that nice?
Because E3 is currently happening, Bethesda have thrown out some gifts to keep players of The Elder Scrolls: Blades interested.
If you're on Android, log in to receive the Cascadia Sapphire Ring, the Sweet Roll banner, and 200 gems. Not bad at all.
On iOS, you should log in to get a similar haul: the Crimson Kiss Ruby Ring, the Apple Pie banner, and 200 gems. Definitely helpful going forward.
Dragons and jobs
Among the new additions to the game will be a selection of brand new job types and reward, to make grinding through the game a bit less monotonous.
You can now also see what rewards you can expect from a job before clicking on it - thank god.
If you're the type to slay dragons, there's also a brand new questline which will culminate in slaying one of the big beasties.
Start Switch save now
The Elder Scrolls: Blades is coming to Nintendo Switch this Fall, complete with JoyCon controls and motion controls, by the looks of the new trailer. Not bad at all.
Being able to play the Switch version on the TV and offline on the go is a nice prospect, but even nicer about the Switch version is that it'll be cross-save compatible.
That means you can download The Elder Scrolls: Blades on your mobile device right now, and jump into the same game save when it launches on Switch later this year. Bonus.
