HoYoverse has just announced a new story event for its romantic detective title, Tears of Themis. Titled Fluffy Fuzzy Time I, it takes players on an emotional journey with an option to choose from two stories. It’s either Luke helping a K9 German Shephard transition into retirement or relaxing and bonding with an odd-eyed Persian cat.

In the Fluffy Fuzzy Time I event in Tears of Themis, players must decide which animal buddy they’d like to help out alongside Luke and Vyn. The German Shepard’s age or the kitty’s heterochromia doesn’t stop them from having fun and enjoying themselves. Players must keep both of them in good health by regularly bathing and feeding them delicacies like Canned Food and Freeze-Died dishes.

Outdoor events and leisurely outings are the perfect places to hang out with these animals. By caring for the dog or the cat, players will eventually gain its trust, which unlocks the Pet Sound Communicator and the bunch of games that come with it.

Meanwhile, the Shadow of Themis event will also go live. It increases draw rates for two limited SSR cards and obtaining them will unlock special stories and phone calls from the main leads. Keep the tissues ready for Luke’s A Dream of Benji Story as it’s an emotional one.

Vyn’s story, on the other hand, is called Trace of Puff and it’s on a happier side. Players will be able to listen to sweet whispers as hearts will flutter. During both events, dynamic invitations for Luke and Vyn will be up for grabs.
