Super Stickman Golf 3+: A few tips to help you become a stick golf pro
Sticks swinging sticks
Super Stickman 3+ is the fourth instalment in the now longtime hit mobile game. The game lets you control a stick figure whose goal is to get the ball to the hole in as few strokes as possible. It's essentially the golf you know and love but with some wonderful quirkiness thrown in for good measure.
The courses themselves are almost like obstacle courses and the settings are vibrant and colourful. You can also use things like golf balls with powers to give you an edge. You'll also have the chance to unlock some gear for your sticky little golfer too.
The series has come a long way. At first, it was just a small selection of courses with almost no apparel and there wasn't any music either. Now, it's a full-blown experience that's made it's way to Apple Arcade. Here are a few tips to help you reach the cup in this iconic mobile game.
Sensitive Power
Super Stickman Golf 3+ probably has one of the best shot meters in any golf video game. It's very satisfying to use and you can really smash your tee shots. However, it's important to keep in mind that it can be a bit sensitive because of how big the meter is.
So really, just make sure to be careful about not over hitting your shots and especially your putts. The last thing you want is to overhit your putt and see your ball roll past the hole and into a hazard as your stickman golfers look on in disbelief shaking his/her head with shame (this depends on the hole design too).

This is something that applies to most golf games but as we mentioned, SSG 3+ has a slow-moving power when filled up can really send your ball flying. Get yourself acclimated with this and you should breeze through some of the holes like the walking, talking stick that you are.
Hats Matter
One of the most unique aspects of the Super Stickman Golf games is how they utilize apparel. In most games, it's solely for fashion purposes. Here, it's a totally different ballgame as hats can have an effect on your playstyle and it's awesome.
Some hats can really give you some great advantages. One that comes to mind is the Viking hat that allows you to avoid water hazards on the courses. Others like the Mushroom hat (which will make you look like Toad from the Mario games) give you a nifty little shot preview to show you the ball trajectory before you smack it.
Not only do they affect gameplay, but they also look stylish. So you'll look good and you'll get yourself some nice perks to go along with it. You earn hats by just playing the game and unlocking card packs that you can rip open.
Survey The Hole
You'll get a short fly-through of each hole that you play in Super Stickman Golf 3+ which is great and something most golf games do. But, if you feel like you're having a hard time seeing where you should aim your shot next, use your finger to move the camera around and view the hole.
You can also pinch with your fingers to zoom out to see the layout in its entirety. This is one of those small things that can also be quite helpful. It's just like with real golf where golfers or caddies will use yardage books to help them determine how many yards they have left to the hole and what club they should use.
Use this surveying feature in SSG 3+ to help you decide where to shoot your shot next and also help you determine your power. In the earliest holes, you can hit a bit more blindly but as things move along you may want to take advantage of this if you'd like.
Bonus Tip: In settings, you can choose a two-tap control scheme or the traditional three-tap style which is what you start with. Feel free to play around with the two-tap option if you aren't totally comfortable with the classic style.
