The game's all about orbiting a hexagonal planet, and dodging a bombardment of abstract obstacles as they pelt the planet surface.
Easier said than done, as the camera warps and rotates, the thumping soundtrack by Chipzel burrows into your ear holes, and the pace ramps up like Mount bloody Everest.
We called it a "a skilfully constructed and compelling game / instrument of torture" in our review back in 2012.
Super Hexagon is basically an essential addition to any serious iOS gamer's collection, so go get it from the App Store before the price goes back up.
