Streets of Rage 4 is coming
Fingers crossed for a Switch release
Guard Crush Games (Streets of Fury) and Lizardcube (Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap) unveiled Streets of Rage 4 today in a stylish animated trailer, promising the return of the well-loved SEGA series that originally debuted in 1991.
There aren’t a whole lot of details out there just yet, though the trailer is certainly good fun. Streets of Rage 4 will see the return of fan favorites Axel and Blaze as playable characters. Lizardcube is providing eye-catching hand-drawn artwork.
The game is a direct follow up to previous entries in the series, continuing the original story while bringing in new gameplay features. Streets of Rage 4 will feature single player and co-op campaigns as well.
We’ll keep you updated as we learn more about a release date and whether or not Streets of Rage 4 will be coming to Nintendo Switch.
