Capcom cuts the prices of a trio of iOS Street Fighter titles to celebrate the start of the school year

It's time to get back to school, kids.

Don't fret, though: while you're slaving away in meaningless lessons that have no bearing whatsoever on your future, we grown-ups are just going to be playing cheap iOS fighting games.

We might let you have a go at them when you get home, mind.

Capcom has slashed the prices of three of its big-hitting one-on-one scrappers to 'celebrate' the fact the young 'uns are returning to school. This means you can grab some pretty impressive brawlers for just 69p / 99c a pop.

There are two versions of Street Fighter IV included in the sale. Street Fighter IV is the original iOS version, with a handful of characters and same-room multiplayer over Bluetooth. It won a Silver Award when we reviewed it.

Then, there's Street Fighter IV Volt, which includes some more fighters, an extra layer of polish, and some slightly laggy online play to boot. It's probably the definitive iOS version of the scrapper. And for 69p / 99c, you can't really complain.

Last but not least, there's Street Fighter II Collection. It's three Street Fighter games in one, really, and features classic versions of the hugely popular '90s side-on face-smashing series.

Granted, all three games are just slightly tweaked versions of the same thing. But if you want some retro brawling on the go, you could do a lot worse than pick this collection up.

We've created what we like to call a 'list' below so you can quickly and easily be redirected to the relevant Street Fighter App Store pages.
