This War of Mine dev to bring stripped-back strategy game Spacecom to iOS and Android

11 bit Studios, the Polish developer behind This War of Mine and Anomaly, says it will bring its real-time tactics game Spacecom to mobile.
This is a stripped back game, with geometric shapes and streamlined mechanics. Matches often last about an hour, there are only a handful of different units to worry about, and there are no complex tech trees to climb.
It's had a mixed reaction on PC. Some praised its focused gameplay, others dinged it for a lack of depth.
If you're on iOS or Android, you'll be able to find out for yourself in a few weeks as the game is coming to both platforms. It will have new controls and a mobile-friendly user interface.
And all the features from the original game - including the campaign, skirmish mode, and competitive multiplayer - will be present. We'll let you know when you can get it.
Speaking of This War of Mine, 11bit says the game will be submitted to the App Store soon. Sounds like the game will hit iOS in May. In the mean time, check out our preview.
