Sega slashes iPhone and PSP game prices for Sonic’s Birthday

They grow up so fast, don’t they? The little spiky haired hedgehog that headlined all of Sega’s consoles is turning 19 today, following the anniversary of Sonic The Hedgehog’s original European and American release on June 23rd, 1991.

To celebrate the critter’s newfound ability to smoke and drink alcohol (in Ontario, Canada), Sega has slashed prices of its games on services such as Xbox Live Arcade, iPhone, and PlayStation Network.

On iPhone, the following games are now at a reduced price. They’ll go back to their normal prices on July 1st.
