SlimeClimb lands on iOS, bringing the action platformer to both stores
  • SlimeClimb is now available on iOS and Android
  • Momentum-based platforming focuses on timing and precise inputs
  • Includes story mode, endless mode, and a level builder

Climbing again, apparently. First, it was Android; now SlimeClimb has made the jump to iOS, doubling down on that very specific mobile instinct to keep going just one platform higher.

If you caught it earlier this year, you’ll know the plan already – tight, skill-first platforming built around momentum and timing. You’re a small slime working your way up through a dungeon that gets increasingly less forgiving the further you go. Miss a jump, mistime a flip, and you’re falling.

The controls stay simple, which is where most of the difficulty comes from. Tap to jump, hold to go higher, double-tap to flip. That’s it. Everything else - avoiding spikes, reading moving platforms, reacting to hazards - comes down to how well you can manage that small set of inputs under pressure.

There’s an endless mode that keeps reshuffling itself, but also a more structured story mode with bosses and themed areas. Then there’s the level builder, which feels like a natural fit here. If the base game is about mastering tight platforming, Create Mode lets you push that even further, either for yourself or for anyone else willing to take on whatever you’ve put together.

Unlockable slimes add a bit of personality along the way, and the challenge system gives you reasons to keep climbing beyond just chasing height. Visually, it sticks to colourful pixel art with just enough movement and chaos baked in. Platforms bounce, spark, or explode at the worst possible moment, and it all feeds back into that constant sense of instability as you climb.

SlimeClimb is now free-to-play on iOS and Android.
