Graphically the game looks nice and its gameplay is simple, but that is where the positives end. The game is boring. It needs some spice, like adding more powers and things to do.

Silly Sausage: Doggy Dessert has a real shortage of checkpoints. No matter how far into a level I am I always have to start again from the beginning.

Olivier Boesch

Let me start by saying I loved the first Silly Sausage game, but this one brought nothing new to the table. It's the same as the first...but actually a little worse.

Yes, the game has bonus levels, but they're activated by watching an advert. Otherwise it's the same concept with the same type obstacles and poses no difficulty. Worst of all, the soundtrack is sleepy and really off-putting when trying to play.

Laura Egri

The colour scheme is unpleasant. The main character, the level, and most obstacles are all pink, and it becomes a real eyesore. The game mechanics are good - you have to think twice about where you stretch your dog because of the traps.

But the game itself is nothing new. Only the bosses provide an actual challenge otherwise the rest of the levels are a wash. If this is your first Silly Sausage you'll enjoy it, but it's a disappointment for veterans of the games.

The first thing I did when playing this game was turn the music off. The gameplay was not different or good enough to enthuse me, especially when dying and having to repeat the entire course again.

If this was free I wouldn't have too many complaints. It's just a little too repetitive for my taste.

Tony Teulan

I did not find this game to be much of a challenge, although the art style and silly humour was appealing.

However the repetition killed any atmosphere created by the silliness and I couldn't find anything of interest to do.
